Christopher Smith
Christopher Smith is a seasoned lawyer, legal strategist, tax advisor, and entrepreneur. When working with clients, his focus is on first ensuring that the business has a sound foundation to support growth, followed by creating processes and procedures to facilitate scaling the company's revenue. In addition to these foundational elements, the focus includes the company culture and assessment of the current growth phase.
Chris has extensive experience with small start-ups through enterprise-class organizations. His extensive network allows him to tap necessary resources and build teams to address clients' specific and unique needs.
Olga Myronenko
Olga Myronenko is a Strategic HR Business Partner who helps business owners and executives build organizations that can support their growth. Since 2022 she has worked with the firm’s business clients on organizational design and effectiveness, strategic workforce planning, leadership development, succession and leadership pipelines, performance strategy, and the people risks that come with growth, restructuring and change.
Olga is presently helping clients adopt AI, using generative AI and HR process automation so that people decisions are faster and better grounded in data.
From 2016 to 2024, Olga was a Strategic HR Business Partner at SA Holding. There she worked with senior leadership across international business units on restructuring, transformation, compensation and incentive strategy, critical-talent decisions, and cross-border workforce and international mobility. Before that, she held HR management roles at Omega LLC and Raritet LLC. Her academic training in psychology gives her a practical understanding of how people and organizations behave under pressure. Olga is Ukrainian, currently living in Wrocław, Poland. She works with companies throughout the European Union, particularly in Central and Eastern Europe, and with U.S. businesses managing teams and operations abroad.
